 The Environmental Control Option for 3MTS’s 3M20 Series ATE platform is the industry’s first bench top ATE system that provides a complete Thermal characterization option for SOC and other IC devices. The Environmental Control Option is seamlessly integrated with the 3M20 tester. It allows characterization from -55°C to +125°C with 1°C resolution. Using the Environmental Control Option provides a complete, cost-effective solution for thermal characterization of IC prior to production release. With SOC complexity, it has now become a necessity to verify device designs over a broad temperature range in order to insure the highest possible product quality and reliability over the life of the IC. |
