Continuous Power V/I (CPVI)

The Continuous Power V/I is a unique instrument that delivers large amounts of continuous power from a programmable single slot instrument. The 3MTS CPVI instrument provides a single powerful channel output of up to 100A at up to 100V. The CPVI provides test applications with a programmable single-quadrant high–power voltage-current source. Several different models provide focused operating areas. Programmable slew rate and pulse modulation are standard. The CPVI provides an internal thermal shutdown circuit and is short-circuited protected. High current and voltage are routed to the DUT Device Interface Board directly via special high current cable.
