High Output V/I (HOVI)

The 3MTS L-Series High Output V/I provides +100V to +2500V at up to 5mA maximum with a single V/I channel. High voltage signals are routed to the DUT via high voltage cable. Force and measure mode resolution may be optionally specified at 12-bits or 16-bits (standard). Forcing DACs and Measuring ADCs with memory allow pulse shaping and response capturing. This unique instrument is very power efficient. It enables high voltage force and measurement applications with no special hardware required on the Device Interface Board.
