Dual Channel High Voltage V/I (HVVI)

The 3MTS L-Series High Voltage V/I has two independent V/I channels, each delivers +50V to +1500V at up to 10mA maximum. High voltage signals are routed to the DUT via high voltage wiring. Force and measure resolution may be optionally specified at 12-bits or 16-bits (standard). Forcing DACs and Measuring ADCs with memory allow pulse shaping and response capturing per channel. This unique instrument is very power efficient. It enables high voltage force and measurement applications with no special hardware required on the Device Interface Board.
