Power Pulse V/I (PPVI)

The L-Series PPVI instrument provides test applications with a single quadrant high-current programmable pulsed voltage-current source. 3MTS PPVI instrument provides a single channel output of up to 100A peak pulsed power at up to 20V. Programmable slew rate and pulse modulation are standard. The PPVI provides an internal thermal shutdown circuit and is short-circuited protected. High peak current is routed to the DUT Device Interface Board directly via high current cable.
