Ten Channel V/I (XVI)

The 3MTS L-Series ten channel XVI instrument sets the standard for Multi-channel V/I instruments. The XVI provides ten V/I channels with full four quadrant operation. Each channel delivers up to 500mA current across ±45V. The ten channels operate in 4 decade-current ranges within ±12.5V, with an extended fifth range at ±45V. Channels can be paralleled to achieve current sharing both within and across XVI Instruments. The XVI Instrument delivers an unmatched range of voltage, current and channel count for test and measurement applications.
