The 3MTS L-Series DPVI instrument provides two independent four-quadrant channels. Each V/I can supply up to 4A continuously and 5A at 50% duty cycle of peak current with force voltages of between +50V DC and -50V DC, each with accompanying Kelvin sense channels. The DPVI instruments are utilized as device power supplies, for continuity measurements and for DC measurements. In addition, since an AWG channel drives each V/I channel, these V/Is may be modulated at rates of up to 500KS/s.

The 3MTS L-Series LCXVI instrument sets the price performance standard for Multi-channel V/I instruments. The LCXVI provides ten V/I channels with full four quadrant operation. Each channel delivers up to 200mA current across ±12.5V. The ten channels operate in 4 decade-current ranges within ±12.5V. Channels can be paralleled to achieve current sharing both within and across LCXVI Instruments.

The 3MTS L-Series ten channel XVI instrument sets the standard for Multi-channel V/I instruments. The XVI provides ten V/I channels with full four quadrant operation. Each channel delivers up to 500mA current across ±45V. The ten channels operate in 4 decade-current ranges within ±12.5V, with an extended fifth range at ±45V. Channels can be paralleled to achieve current sharing both within and across XVI Instruments.

The 3MTS L-Series eight channel XOVI instrument sets the standard for Extended Range Multi-channel V/I instruments. The XOVI provides eight V/I channels with full four quadrant operation. Each channel delivers up to 1A current across the full ±175V range. The eight channels operate in 4 decade-current ranges within ±12.5V, with an extended fifth range at ±175V. The channels can be paralleled to achieve current sharing both within and across XOVI Instruments.

The 3MTS L-Series Intermediate Voltage V/I (IVVI) delivers a powerful single quadrant V/I source. The IVVI is available in Six separate voltage range configurations from –1000V to +1000V. In all configurations the IVVI delivers up to 30 Watts of power per channel. Current and voltage are regulated and clamped providing continuous or arbitrarily modulated force (stimulus) and/or sample (response).

The 3MTS L-Series PPVI instrument provides test applications with a single quadrant high-current programmable pulsed voltage-current source. 3MTS PPVI instrument provides a single channel output of up to 100A peak pulsed power at up to 20V. Programmable slew rate and pulse modulation are standard.

The 3MTS L-Series High Voltage V/I has two independent V/I channels, each delivers +50V to +1500V at up to 10mA maximum. High voltage signals are routed to the DUT via high voltage wiring. Force and measure resolution may be optionally specified at 12-bits or 16-bits (standard). Forcing DACs and Measuring ADCs with memory allow pulse shaping and response capturing per channel.

High Output V/I (HOVI)

The 3MTS L-Series High Output V/I provides +100V to +2500V at up to 5mA maximum with a single V/I channel. High voltage signals are routed to the DUT via high voltage cable. Force and measure mode resolution may be optionally specified at 12-bits or 16-bits (standard). Forcing DACs and Measuring ADCs with memory allow pulse shaping and response capturing. This unique instrument is very power efficient.

The Continuous Power V/I is a unique instrument that delivers large amounts of continuous power from a programmable single slot instrument. The 3MTS CPVI instrument provides a single powerful channel output of up to 100A at up to 100V. The CPVI provides test applications with a programmable single-quadrant high–power voltage-current source. Several different models provide focused operating areas.

16 MUX Signal Routing Board (16 MUX SRB)

The 3MTS L-Series 16 Mux SRB is an innovative advance in PC-based ATE instrumentation switching. The 16 Mux SRB features a dual port multiplex circuit that is designed for use in test and measurement applications. The 16 Mux SRB switching is organized for both the switching of DUT signals and for the connection of multiple instruments to the DUT site.

4 CX MUX Signal Routing Board (4 CX MUX SRB)

The 3MTS L-Series 4 CX Mux SRB is a positive advance in PC-based ATE instrumentation switching. The 4 CX Mux SRB features a dual port multiplexer that is designed for use in coaxial test and measurement applications. The 4 CX Mux SRB switching is organized for both the switching of DUT signals and for the connection of multiple instruments to the DUT site.

The 3M20 High Current (HC) Scanner Mux is part of the hardware components for Thermal Resistance Measurement (TRM) or any other High Current testing applications. The high current scanner assembly includes the scanner mux which is fully integrated with its heat sink and thermal management / air cooling system. Installed on the system the scanner and heat sink assembly are protected by a stainless steel safety cover with connections to the power supply and ground.
