Export Query

The 3MTS Export Query tool is an offline view and export tool for Yield files (.YIELD) as well as Datalog files (.DLOG). Yield and Datalog files are available when executing Maestro based tests from the Test Conductor environment after the Final Lot operation is performed. 

Test result data from closed or past Lots are present in these files. This Export Query tool can be used to review the contents from such files as well as to export them to comma separated value (.CSV) files which can be used for other data review and processing exercises. The individual Sublot files under each Lot can also be accessed one by one using this tool. 

Incremental next or previous selections as well as direct 'go to device #' options are available to aid in viewing the data in different ways per requirement. The tool also provides option to customize the style sheet colors to suit their needs.
