Instrument Configurator

The 3MTS Instrument Configurator Tool is a simple but valuable configuration tool for 3MTS tester users. 

Once the expected instruments in the L-series instrumentation slots are programmed, the match-mismatch conditions can be quickly viewed with this tool. Cable setting configurations for 3MTS' L-series V/I instrumentation are also done via this tool. Useful add-on features like copy-paste, rename etc. make this key tool even more powerful.
